Operating Experience
HealthChoice™ Long-term Care Financing and Care-planning Assistance service began operations in 1985 as the government and special group employee long-term care solutions division of its parent, Equisource Corporation. Today, HealthChoice™ operates primarily as a long-term care financing and care-planning program for government and private sector employers, employees, and association members.

HealthChoice™ and its parent insurance organization enroll and service thousands of long-term care insurance policy holders in Wisconsin and across the nation. In order to maintain high standards of quality and appropriate client suitability, HealthChoice™ selects the insurance companies it represents carefully. In addition, HealthChoice™ through its optional CareQuest® program has established over 360,000 employees and families access to one ofCareQuest® long-term care / eldercare assistance solutions.

Value Added Services for the Entire Family
HealthChoice, through its CareQuest® affiliate, maintains the largest unbiased database of care service providers and facilities in the nation.
